AcroRd32 error generation

"AcroRd32 has generated error.." Have re-installed ver. 5 and still get the same error. Running W2k. Can't find the log file it's writing to to see anything there. Any suggestions?

What are you doing when the error message comes up? Also, before you reinstalled did you check your running programs to make sure 1. the "acrobat assistant" (AcroTray.exe) is not running the the background and 2. you uninstalled acrobat?
