ACR release 10 Minor alarms connection cleared

Hello Guys,

I got the following alarms in webpage :

Minor Alarm connection cleared from wrong call : was connected to 277 but cleared from 280

logfile shows :
[TSAPIEvent-1] ERROR com.swhh.cscm.c.a - Connection cleared from DIFFERENT CALL! Thought I was on 277 but cleared from 280
[TSAPIEvent-1] ERROR com.swhh.cs.a.y - Alarm raised Connection cleared from wrong call. Was connected to {0} but cleared from {1} [277] [280]

this is just one Minor but happens every minute with several extensions.
Strange thing about it is that there are only 4 digit extension/huntgroups/vdn,s in the system
nothing in CM is 3-digit long but is shows 277 and 280??????

anyone know where this comes from?

i d receive than from my ACR (10). i dont know where it come from.

how do you solve this error.

i got this error and then, my ACR d crash (had to restart the CSCM service)...

in directory /opt/witness/properties
in the file acr.properties --> tsapi.checkcallid=false
after that service cscm restart
