Dear all
I am facing couple of issues with ACR 11.0 integration with AACC 6.3. All the calls to the agents (both Skillset & Internal calls)are showing as recording.The skillset calls and extension calls are listing when i go to the replay option but i cant play the skillset call recorded file. Also all the Bulk Recording Channels are not displaying in the status window and in AES ( only 20 DMCC soft phones showing registered out of 50). In Recorder status window the DMCC, TSAPI and CCT links are showing UP. We are using AACC SIP integration with CM 6.2
Please help me to resolve the issue.
