My music on hold is not working and I noticed in symposium that all voice ports are "Acquired Logout". I already tried to reset the media card and it did not changed anything.
Please let me know if you need more information and thanks for your help.
restart VSM also can help, if there is still a problem, you may have to shutdown contact center and call pilot, start up contact center, then call pilot but giving contact center more time to start up
