I have a lineside t1 port (IVR) that stats as logged in and idle
but it's not acquired like the others when I print the TN,
so I wanted to log it out and back in,
problem is I don’t get dial tone when I connect a butt set to the port…
I thought I could log it in and out using a spree code or agent ID since these are analog ??
I know the IVR has a script to do this, but can’t it be done through the pbx as well?

Where are you connecting a Buttset to a line side T-1 at????

Its cabled out and terminated on a bix block....Im guessing by the ??? marks that im not supposed to even be able to connect to it.

You are correct. You cant connect to it without a T-Berd or other test gear.

Try to disable and re-enable the port, that will typically log it off and back on.

I have LSE1s connected to IVR.

Typically the application (IVR) will run a script on power up (or manually forced) to log the individual ends in.

If its not acquired you need to start there. logging out and logging in will not acquire it.
