So I have 7 phones out of 60 that are failing on a Symposium + Verint setup.. They show as failed on the Verint side which typically indicates something not programmed like AST on the phones.

I have checked all the important parts oft he phone for this and nothing was missed.

The big difference i see between a working and non-working is ..

NOT WORKING
ACQ AS: TN

WORKING
ACQ AS: TN, AST-DN, AST-POSID

pretty clear what those are ..but what typically causes something to not accquire on the DN/POS?

if it is TDM, the cabling alot of times, if it is NCR, the pci cards will show a loss of signal on the TDM server. You have AST set , is IAPG 1?

Don't have my NTPs loaded on this machine but I forget what the next lines indicate though i know its related to Symp.
