Hello Avaya Gurus ~

On an G700/S8300 CM 5.2 the stations used to display names in the Call Appearances (at idle). Somehow through admin changes I have inadvertantly turned off this feature. Names still show as CLI on calls (ie Ext to Ext).

Checked logs of my changes and I cant find what I turned off.
Now all handsets (9620 & 4610) show 4-digit ext number not name.

Any ideas how to turn it back on? Many Thanks.

Sorry fella im off today dont have a kit in front of me , but it should be something that stands out look through each page carefully easy to miss , try aroung pg 10 where the onhook dialling for H323 handsets are , failing that have you changed something in your cor settings, sorry if im being vague but im doing all this from memory.
