Anyone got any idea what version the current ACIS is based on?

ACSS - SME
APSS - SME
APDS - Unified Communications
ACS - IP Telephony
ACA - IP Telephony

Indeed, the company needs at least one ACIS and a ACSS.
but two times ACSS should do the trick too.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

TLPeter - that was my argument as well but Avaya were having none of it. They said we could stay as an SME Expert with the two ACSS' but wouldn't be authorised. I called it absurd.

It is absurd.
But that was the changing of the Avaya learning too for the free to paid update courses.

I'll need to take this test soon myself.
I mainly support the old Nortel products and have only been working with IPO a couple of years.

Can anybody recommend a good study resource?
I don't want to risk having to take the test twice.

Thanks!

My 6402 test now has the "Green" dot next to my credential list in the navigator at the website. My question is, shouldn't it say somewhere that I am ACIS certified? In my Credential Transcript it shows my old ACA, APSS, and Some PA's I of had. For those who have the ACIS, does it show up in the Credential Transcript?

Thanks for the info
