We have a incoming caller making harassing calls to our location and I was looking for a way to block his number from being allowed incoming from the CO. I know the RT he is coming in on but when I complete the ACID command with a Type=2 ACID command, it doesn't work. Would someone be able to assist with this particular command please? Other suggestions would also be appreciated. (I've called the LEC with no luck)

I've used ACID in the past, but was only able to figure out how to block a called with a specific ID to a specific extension. I couldn't block a caller from calling into all of our extensions.

So if the harassing caller is calling into one or just a few extensions, you can block him.
ACID
Type: 1
TN: 1
STN: the ext you want to prevent from receiving calls
CID: the caller ID of the person (all 10 digits - or more if international)
SRV: 5

I ran with those parameters and actually had it work. The only glitch was the block call was pushed straight into the VM box for that number. I was hoping to block the number from the PBX entirely so they couldn't call into the main number which terminates on a attendant console.
