Anyone who recognizes the program name "AceBotMainThread", could they tell me what it is.
It seems to operate associated with a Linksys router. I will occasionally disconnect communications through the Status page of the Linksys admin function if I intend to leave the computer on while I'm out of the office. I do this through a URL via Netscape. If I don't reactivate the Linksys and shut down the computer, the shutdown is stalled and a warning appears to the effect that this "program" - AceBotMainThread - is still running. I can't find an .exe or other executable file with that name or even part of it.
This may have started after I updated the firmware in the Linksys BEFSR11 router- I'm not sure.
Thanks all.
