ACE

We have ACE with our new 7.5 cs1000 and when you make a change to a set thats aquired you have to de aquire it in LD 48 DACR AGT l s c u.
How do you reaquire it? I cannot find the command anywhere!! THANKS

I think you have to re acquire it from the device that had it acquired. If you are using CCM, go to config. - phone sets and voice ports and acquire it from there.

Yes, Splic3d is correct. Go to e.g. your Symposium / Contact Centre application to acquire it again.

Thanks for the reply but this is not CCM or AACC6 this is ACE (Agile communications Environment)

Sorry, just though you meant ACD .. LOL. How ever the ACE server probably has a config section or application to re or de acquire the TN of the set. That would be my guess. Good luck.
