ACDN?

We have an extension that when dialed it immediately forwards to an outside line(cellular phone). I did the following to see who the extension is assigned to or if it's live

prt
dnb
cust
dn 3040
date
page
des
and it gives me the following:
dn 3040
type acdn

That is all I get. How do I find out why this extension is being forwarded to an outside destination and what is acdn? Thank you.

Put a new number there

Just to make sure and verify(total newbie at this), I just type in

LD 23
NCFW X

do I need to back out of the LD 20 before I do the LD 23 or enter any other information? Thank you again.

Exit whatever load you are in right now.

Go to LD 23

>LD 23

REQ CHG
TYPE ACD
CUST 0
ACDN 3040

(now hit return until you are at NCFW)

NCFW x (enter the letter x)

(now hit return until you reach REQ all over again)

REQ END or ****

>LOGO

If you do not need 3040 to exist any more, you could just remove it. Then you could assign it to a phone if you wanted. To remove it (there is no UNDO command, remember that)
