ACDN not reporting calls since upgraded CS1000E to 7.5

I use cash plus call accounting and none of my ACDNs are showing calls in the software. Other DNs are reporting to the software fine. Any idea why?
 
What is the data source that you are capturing? CDR? ACD reporting?

After upgrading to either 6.0 or 7.5 the the ACD data stream format changed slightly, just enough to throw off the parser in our ACD reporting software. We had to have our ACD provider modify their parsing module to match the changes. And I don't believe Nortel (at that time) had documented the change.
 
Thank you curtismo, I will call our ACD provider and have them check it out.
