ACDN Groups

We have 4 phones set-up to be in a ACDN group and they are wanting voice mail to pick up after so many rings to help better customer service.

acd sets by design hold calls in que for a live body. you can innerflow calls to express mail but then you may not need acd.. i would set up 4 phones with the same mcr key on keys 0,1 cls hta and fdn to mail lhk 2 to a unique number on each phone.. all four phones ring on every call and if no one answers it goes to mail,,

not my def of better service..
