What is ACDN and CDN? What do they mean/do/differ? I have several of each that seem to point to the same place. Is there a way to determine how many I have on my switch and what they are and do? As always I searched and could not find. I am thankful that there are good people willing to help me be less of an idiot.

ld 23 - prt type: CDN then enter thru, do same for acd and you will get all.
A Control DN has a DFDN - default DN, that must be ACDN
ACDNs can be maxp1 for forwarding, but are designed to have ACD Agents assigned to them for automatic call distrobution.
