Hello everyone, On my Cs1000e I have many groups of ACD agents all using AACC6.0. (Contact Center Manager) anyway I moved one group of users and now for whatever reason when the agent is on a queue call and someone rings their private line it just flashes but not ring or give a short beep. this used to happen and yes I know the agents shouldn't be worrying about their private line when taking queue calls but it did work at one point so what happened??
