Recently I installed a 3300 MXe on site and the following happend. I configured different ACD paths with Agenst Skill Groups.
The customer wanted a work-timer (in other systems known as 'Wrap-up' timer). So after i set the work timer in the COS the agents see ,when the handled a call, for a sec work-timer in their display and immidiatly placed in 'make-bussy' mode. And they need to remove it manually.
This is found really annoying by the customer and I agree.
I programmed work-timer before but never experienced this problem.
I'm running sw 8 UR5
