ACD with SECC 1

I have the Symposium Call Center express so I cannot do scripts :/ but I am trying to get the system to transfer a call to a different extention after a certain amount of time.

Ex Patients call our Business office and after 30 seconds they get the front Desk.

I used the call treatments wizard but it seems to be useless, any changes I make do not show up at all.
 
Should work as long as overflow you use is a valid DN under "timed overflow" entry of wizard. Any changes to call treatment require a reboot of service to take affect. I assume it is SECC 4.2 and properly patched.
 
Yea, its patched up but it still doesnt seem to recognize my changes even after a reboot. I'm going to have to upgrade it so I can modify the scripts it seems.
