I am simply trying to add the console to the split. I have 12 agent id's of which only 3 agents are logging into the group. I programmed a login button on the console, I logged into the group, I get the handsets symbols around the triangle, but no calls will ring at the phone. I call the group #217 internally it doesnt work, I log everyone out except the phone im working on it doesnt work, I used known working agent id's, it doesnt work. Can some one tell me what i am missing, does the user need to be added to a hunt group? Thanks for any help.

Well/ lets start with some real basics....
What phone system
what vm
what acd
what releases on all

What i just read was

My thingy mcbob hurts what should i do?????

That's very funny lugerlover, but true...

We all need a little help once in awhile. Tony the Phoneman..

Sorry lugerlover, i read my post and had to laugh, there is no real info in it, big hurry i guess. The switch (mcbob) is a MICS, I do not know the release. The vm is callp 150. I do not know the release of the ACD. The pbx is not far from my office, if you need this info in order to produce possible solutions, i can get it.

First-internally a call will never work must be external call to acd

how are the call presented to ACD???

How is the acd programmed"the individual steps"
Yes all releases would be helpful
