Hi All,
I am trying to map out our 81c in order to understand how all the numbers in the ACD, CDN, etc relate to one another and to ensure that we have everything in our atempt to replace it with an VOIP system. Is there an easy way to map what all the extensions to see where their next hop is? I can do it individually, but have some numbers that I can not determine where they come into play from a dialable number.

Thanks

you can prt all of your CDNS/ACDNs in ld 23, if you leave it blank and hit enter when it asks for either or, it will prt them all.

I have that information, but I am finding ACD numbers that do not have a DN pointing to them that is dialable, just trying to figure out a way to determine if the number is being used. If you dial the ext intrnally it goes to a location, but trying to find how it would be called on when it is not a listed number.

it is probably MAXP 1 right? it goes to the NCFW field. ACDNs are often used for forwarding instead of phantoms.

I believe so. I am not really trained in the Nortel system, so not certain if it is possible to get what I am looking for out of the system.
