Howdy,I am trying to get calls routed to ACD via a vector to go to audix message if not answered in ACD.
(I keep telling the call center they shouldnt have vmail being a call center, sholdnt hey answer the phone?)
anyway, if i route to vmail via vector step below
" Route to step 4 if available agents in sp 14 <1"
(Step 4 being audix) all calls still go to Audix and dont ring the group even if avaailable agents are available.
having a brain breeze, have done this before, just cant remember. any help is appriciated. thanks!
