Hello friends,

I am looking for recommendation on a five agent ACD system and what I can expect the cost to be...I have a 61C.

You need;
at least 1 digital line card $800
5 digital line licence (but you have to buy at least 8)$500
5 M3905 (or you can buy M3903 is cheaper) 5*400=$2000
5 ACD agent licence 1000 $
Total cost minimum $4000
This cost for Basic ACD system(L1:Business Services Software). If you want ACD reporting you need L2:Enhanced Business Services, if you want online monitoring(real time reporting), skill base routing, report creation etc. you need L3:Advanced Call Center software and Contact Center Servers. Each of one gives you more costs.

that's a good price for a small start up.

If you just want basic stuff, the ACD is fine. If you want to expand and control how the call's go, something like Symposium Express would be the best option.
