ACD Supervisor - Agents Status

Hi again,

3300 CX with ACD licenses, MCD 4.1.

This is a small ACD, only one skill group with 4 agents. The supervisor wants to know from his 5330 who of his Agents are Logged in/out or in Make Busy State.

Is there an option in the multiline set keys to do what he wants??

no there is not. the status key you can program shows logged in and calls waiting.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

Make the agents hotdesk ACD agents and monitor them via DSS/BLF on the supervisors phone.
