acd stats report software 1

we are currently looking at purchasing software to report on acd calls (mainly missed calls/abandoned calls)we are using meridian option 11. the one we are using at the moment is comsoft but this does not report abandoned calls from acd . we have been told tab micro from data pulse is what we want, but this looks like the same as we have now not a mention af acd stats.can anyone tell me if this reports acd stats and missed / abandoned calls.or any ideas on which software we require.

Nortel has the Symposium and Symposium Express packages that perform the ACD routing as well as reporting. IF you are looking for a package that collects data off of the ACD-C2 reports, check out Switchview. They have an ACD reporting package.
