ACD setup step

ld 23 new acd cust 0 acdn xxxx.. the prompts after that depend on what you want the group to do and where you have added ran routes (ld 16) and ran trunks (ld 14).. their are about 4 of 500 prompts that need to be addressed and pasting oneof my working groups will not help because of the many options avaible... build a route for recordings, build trunks for that route, and connect a msg to that, then point to that recording at the frrt srrt prompts and decide on timers for those recordings then build the sets, i can post a working set but you may have one built as a voice mail agent if you have CP or MM.. those both have a working acd group without the ran's..
