ACD Reporting

What type of ACD reporting can I get from a TTY port with packages A,B,C1,&C2? Customer does not want to go to Symposium.

very basic reporting....C2 is pants.. no historical reporting unless you've captured to a text file. Time in q, av delay, no. calls in queue

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Can the supervisor see the agents, log them in and out along with seeing the calls in que from a Terminal?

you can receive acd report by another computer

can you explain further about using another computer?
Are you talking about hyperterminal or what?

hyperterm will work, and no on the supervisor seeing dynamic statis, acn max did that and so does symposium. (or a rolm switch from 15 years ago)
