acd reporting

how do you setup acd reporting? i have a an meridian m1 release 22.

i desperatly need some help!!!!!

te reports are going to be used by the customer service manager. although, i am unable to get any reports to print?

You should the same number in TTY for printer and PRIO in SCB.

Your TTY (eg 3) , must be like this

ADAN TTY 3
CTYP SDI2
DNUM 3
DES ACD
USER ACD
CUST 00
SSUP NO
APRT YES
XSM NO

And you put in SCB

PRIO 3 ( number of your TTY )

OK ... NOW SHOULD IT COME OUT TO ANY CERTAIN SERIAL PORT OR IS THERE A WAY TO CHANGE WHICH SERIAL PORT.

Ok , you can connect to another TTY , but this TTY must be the same in SCB.
The number 3 its a example , you can use any other.

The tty you are set to print on is tty 10.

you are set to print every hour on the hour 24 hours a day.

print CFN LD22 check to see if tty 10 USER is ACD

Check to see if tty 10 is enabled

My ACD reports are on PRT 10? I am used to be able to get reports on hyperterminal but when i switched laptops my setting are not what they used to be. i need to find out a way to see what the buad rate is parity, ect. or change it. Could some one please help me !!!!!

I agree with acewarlock , you must print in LD 22 CFN and then you get tty 10 config .

I have ACD C1 reporting setup but the format comes out with Carriage Returns and Newlines at 72 characters instead of 80 or so. It throws the whole format for looking at it off. Any ideas?
