ACD Reporting

Hi All!

I have a customer with an Option 11C Rls 23.55 who is looking for an ACD reporting package. Right now thy are getting the basic "raw data" printouts every half hour and then the daily report at the end of the day. They want to be able to take this info and have it automatically input into some type of reporting package that could give them monthly/historical reports (without using Symposium or MAX). Any suggestions?

quick and cheap, write as excel macro that sorts the data, the site pepedog.com had some precompiled excels for that at one time. even if they are not exactly what you need, they are a great place to start
