ACD report on CS1000E sytem

Unless you have symposium or contact center the only way to get reports is out of a TTY port. this would be raw data and you would have to interpret the reports manually.

How long do you expect Symposium to be down? I can see why you would want them but in reality who is going to decode them? Getting back to the question you still need a TTY port for this. What I don't know is how that programming will affect sysmpoium if at all and what is going to be spitting out the tty port when symposium is active.

My Symposium 6.o is going thru TFE and ASM crash almost every week. Every time we open a case with Nortel we get at least a symposium down of 4-6 hrs. My client wants a raw ACD report to be provided in this scenario. We have developed a software by our App team to decode the Raw ACD report. But for that at least we should be getting the raw report...

On the CS1000E how many media gateways do you have. Each media gateway has the capability of 3 TTY ports. Are all of them used? You MUST have a TTY port available or we can not help you.
