ACD Recall

I have a console (5550ip) that transfers calls to ACD paths on different nodes (3300ICP V9). Often the call recalls to the console instead of following the path. This seems to happen when no agents are available (busy or not logged in). Have tried the "Queue Callers To Group When No Local Agents Are Logged In:" flag in the Agent Skill Group Assignment form in both yes and no to no help.
 
Calls do not recall from ACD paths.

Have you checked the Path interflow or Unavailable points.
Do they route back to the console?

Occam's Razor - All things being equal, the simplest solution is the right one.
 
Calls will re-queue if you have no RAD's in a path when a call is transferred to it.
