ACD Queue question

I have an 81c with 1 acd que. When an agent logs into the queue now when he presses the agent ID button in takes him right into the one queue we have. I want to allow Multi Queue logins with different priorities. What can I check in software?

when you print the ads block that's what it should look like for what you want. If not, instead of prt, type chg

When I simply try and prt ,ads it asks for customer and I enter 0 . I cannot get past this. I tried just return and 99 with no evail.

you don't have an ADS block built yet, so instead of prt or chg, use NEW

if you're unable to create a new one, you might have to go to LD 17 and within the PARM data block change the DCUS prompt from 0 to 1

The message read that I don't have package D. Is there an updrade needed for this Multi Queue login to work?

you need pkg 50, if you don't have it, you can't do MQA without getting a keycode upgrade to have pkg 50

I need to know if we go with Pkg 50 for the upgrade to multi queue logins. Do we need symposium. If so are there other options to symposium?
