I have a customer that is using a basic acd queue with 4 or 5 IP phones in the queue. The queue 6298 use to forward to a callpilot mailbox but it recently quit answering. What happens now is when nobody is logged in, the mailbox answers. When someone IS logged in, you get a ring no answer. Like maybe its just cycling through the vmail ports.
How should the acd queue and the mailbox be setup? They want it to forward to voicemail after 4 rings. Its a callpilot 201i running 2.01.27 and unfortunately only running SU01 pep. I tried to patch it this weekend and when I loaded SU05 the CP app would never load ie: Callpilot is booting, you have 10 minutes left. After several reboots, I uninstalled SU05 and then Callpilot came back into service. So I left it at SU01 but now I have this problem. Any ideas?????
