ACD Q NCF to a PSTN number get fast busy

I would really appreciate if someone can help me in this.
I have a ACD Q 1084999 for a security key, so when users press the key it dials out to a security desk out side of CS1K. However I get fast busy when the key is presses. However, I can manually CF to the same PSTN number. I have attached the ACD Q for your review. If more information needed I can provde. Thanks in advance.

I would have expected the NCFW to be:

NCFW 9[red]1[/red]4165274871 (9+1+NPA+7 digits)

and not

NCFW 94165274871 (Missing the "1")

Not sure. The test would be if you can dial 94165274871

If you can, then you should be able to NCFW to it.

The other question is "how is this programmed on the phone" (the security key)

And why not just have the security key be a HOT D right to the full number. I can't see any reason for the ACD Queue.

Management doesnt want the key to be tampered with by the users hence the ACD Queue. I will check the phone programming for the security key. tx GRTrout.

Users cannot change a HOT key. There is another key choice too: CH D

With CH D you don't have to access dial tone (press the line key) before pressing the security key.

It would be entered like this (using KEY 4 as the example key)

KEY 4 CH D 11 94165274871

You walk up to the phone, press that key, and it rings the number. No need to press anything beforehand.

So far, there is no reason for the ACD queue.
