ACD Printer 2

Can someone tell me where I can find specs required for a printer for an acd que. I need to set up a new one . I have all of the switch programming and cabling done. Now I just need a printer and I want to be sure I get one that will work.

Sorry I do not have the specs on a printer but you might want to consider sending the output to a PC where you can collect and distribute the data quickly, and get a pat on the back for saving a few trees in the process!! You can use the same connection and use Hyperterminal with a direct connection, or what ever program you prefer. You would even be able to proxy into it remotely if you wanted to.

Any dot matrix printer with a DB25 serial port will print right off the PBX. I think the specification reads:

Printer: Epson compatible, DB25 serial port input"
