My question is...
with my current ACD package (I'm told its D, I just drive the car, I don't know what makes it tick)Is it possible to have overflow set to 0 so that one ACD queue flows to another ACD queue and still have the incoming call pegged to the source queue rather than the target queue?

wd hit that one on the head, after a call follows the overflow treatment, it leaves the stat board for the orig group. if i overflow at 8 callers, and 9 comes in one overflows dropping my total to eight, if my total was nine the nest oldest call would overflow...forever. symposium handles this very well
