ACD on NORSTAR

I have one ACD group on a MICS Norstar system that was installed prior to me taking over the system. I need to add another ACD group on the same system. Is it possible and where are some on programming instructions on how to add another ACD group?

Are there instructions on programming an ACD group on Norstar MICS system? I have a NAM

What type of ACD is it? Minuet, Prelude etc? The Minuet you can program from a phone and all others I believe you have to connect a terminal up to the NAM. It's been awhile since I've had to mess with any of that stuff. As far as instructions I know that NAMS used to come with a manual for this or try to google something?

It's a MINUET.

Should be a piece of cake then, the Minuet is pretty basic. Like I said all the programming can be done via telset. If I'm not mistaking you can only have a total of 2 groups on Minuet.
