I am in the process of rolling out ACD queues to several of our employees. I am afraid that they will leave their desk and not put their set into a NotReady state. Is there a way for me to force NotReady and requeue the call if an incoming call rings their set 4 times?

Tim

Symposium will do this for you.

that setup logs either makes the set nrd or msb.. if it's msb then the agent has to press msb to turn it off when they get back.. which logs the agent out.. i usually perfer nrd because my default activity code is "walk away"

Cool. I RTQO to NRD a little bit ago and it works perfect. Thanks!
