ACD license

Hi all

We have a Nortel CS1000E Rls 5.5 with CallPilot 4.0. The CallPilot works with M2008 phone type ACD queue.
I tried releasing some of the ACD agents (out the TN) but the license are not freed.
When I do a count of the agents phones I see that there are 417 used, but when I do SLT print it shows 419 used 0 available.
So 2 license are stuck somehow.
Anyone has any idea why this is happening?

I think you should run a TNB and convert it via the excel tool at..

Run a sort against the Column for ACD queues. As you have stated, you don't have any spare ACD licences on SLT. Let us know if you still have 417 ACD Agents please?.

If I am not mistaken, ACD used for Call Pilot does not take licenses from the ACD pool

Hmmm that is strange.
i also released some M2616 type TNs used for MICB and it work, it freed them.
As you can see in the CNT for 2000 type phone in witch I think is the M2008 types there are 57. Exactly the conference ACD left 26 + 8 Acces ports in CallPilot and 23 Multimedia Chaneels in callpilot.
If you make the sum it is 57.
I have read somewhere that you have to restart the call server for the license file to renew. Is that necessary?

Hello Gene. Yes, Call Pilot ACD Agents aren't part of the ISM licences.

But Integrated Application ports do count against your SLT License Limits. When you order them, it actually prompts you to make sure you don't need to increase the ACD Agent limits.

You are right. The callpilot ACD agents do not count in the license.
I received a SR in witch it says that when you define a 2008 TN for callpilot you have to add CLS MMA for the ACD set to not interrogate the license file.
