ACD IFDN question

I have an ACD queue of 81224 with IFDN to a personal DN of 86064 with AENI = yes. The problem is when it gets to phone 86064 it just sits there and rings and rings and rings. I have SFA on 86064, even though I don't think that matters.

I can call 86064 and get trn to voicemail fine. What am I missing? Is this even possible?

What are you trying to do? What VM are you using? Need more information. Post TNB of set and ACDN data.
