ACD huntgroup Login failure

Hi,

i am trying to login to an ACD hunt group. I do not have the EAS option set to y on the customer options form, hence why i am using an ACD huntgroup. My problem is that when I try to login to the huntgrup i am getting a denial event 1381: Agent login failure. What can I do to login successfully? I already have BCMS/VuStats LoginIDs? y
and Validate BCMS/VuStats Login IDs? y . I have already added bcms login IDs as well. No agents are logged in as i only have a limit of 5 and 0 are used.

Any suggestions?
 
ok, i have managed to login using
#10 login access code
03 hunt group
1150 login id


Now the problem is, it goes to "AUX" and we need to "Auto-in".
the Auto-in button does not change the status.

It goes into the hunt group but only stays in couple of seconds. (observed from "monitor BCMS split 3"

any suggestions.


 
Check to see if the phone is set to auto answer. If it is and no headset is attached, it will take you back to aux
