Hi,

Just wondering if its possible to see if an agent thats logged in has set their phone to "Make Busy" without looking over their shoulder.

I know you can check to see if they are logged in by using the feature code but it does not show "Make Busy" status. Also looked at the Attendant Console and that does not show it either.

Using v7.1 of software on an 3300 MX

Thanks

from maintenance screen type command LOC FEA E (xxxx)

the response will show if the status of all enabled user features

off course you would have a lot more 'visual knowledge' if you had the praire fyre 6100 software ;)

Thanks for the replies.

Mitelpassion: I'll check it out thanks. I'm guessing you have have it, any ideas how much it will be to monitor 5 ACDs.

Thanks

you'll have to get pricing on this. Not actually sure, I just install the software ;-)

For only 5 agents it's fairly inexpensive, 5 in fact is the entry-level point (smallest package you can purchase). PrairieFyre CyberACD (CCM-6110) comes highly recommended. You will need a server w/2 legacy serial ports and a couple of datasets to get the realtime SMDR and ACD data streams into it. We use the old 2103 DNIC datasets for this and run the whole thing from a pizza box.

On 3300's the data collection is over IP for real time monitoring so the Serial Ports and Datasets are not required. (datasets are actually not supported on 3300's)
