ACD Group to vmail box

I am trying to get a ACD group setup as UCD-MIA to go to vmail box if all agents are busy or do not answer the phone.
I cant seem to get it to follow a coverage path.
No vectoring in switch.
Appreciate your help.
 
hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?

post hunt-group here. Turn off queuing for the hunt-group?

When I turn queuing off the group rings busy.

ACD Y
Queue Y

Group Type ucd-mia

Queue length 10

Night service dest 251

Redirect rings set to 4

Everything else is default.

hunt-group 23 has no coverage path
if hunt-group 23 was using coverage path 51, and you remove queue - all calls to 283 would ring at 251 if 251 is available.

I will be on site to test again tomorrow.
Pretty sure I tried what you said and it did not work.
But I will test it again tomorrow.

I will let you know thanks for your help.
 
all calls will go because all calls internal and external for any extensions using cover path 51 will cover.

You will not get hunt-group calls the way the coverage path is setup now, even if agents are staffed and available.
