acd glare condition

Running MXe 3300 9.0.1.17.

have a lot of acd glare conditions in the logs. My educated guess here is that it's two simultaneous calls on an ISDN channel right?

One is dropped, the other is accepted??

anyone have clarity on this by any chance?

I guess I've never seen an ACD Glare log.
Can you post the text of the log and which logsys you pulled it from?
