Our CCMA server just went down. As a result our 4 operator
stations are logging themselves on and off by themselves.
Has anyone ever seen this ? And what can be done ?

using CCT or CTI control? How is the raw queue configured, have you tested calling in?

Calling in we have only one issue. Now when they try to transfer some calls, the phone there using freezes up for a second or two. Using cct i believe

cct could deff log sets in/out and pop NRD off and on if there is a problem elsewhere, such as you have with Sym being down. Good to have some ACD sets around that are not in cct if possible.
