How can i restrict an ODN,about ACD follow-me, but permit ODN to follow-me on his own ODN?

Hmm, are you using the ODN as member in the ACD groupe?
If you are, you can't.
If you put the ACD on an ADN on the phone, you could restrict them with diffrent categories, and have diffrent individual diversions.
Only way i can see it working...

sorry for the late response, but
the DTS is a team-leader's telephone. and some ADNS are also defined on this ODN they log-in like agents by lock the phone... THe have rights to divert their ODNs by *21*new ODN#
But now they have also rights on *21*ACDGROUP*NEWACDGRROUP#
And this is very dangerous.So i want to restrict this..
Now questions are these;
1)Is it related with CDIV parameter?Which parameter can restrict team-leader not to ACD follow me function?
2)Is it related with ODN's CDIV parameter or AUCOP-team leader's pin number's-category's CDIV parameter or any other parameter?
As a summary would you please tell me how can i restrict the ODN, not to follow me an ACD and permit the user to user *21 for his own directory number?
