ACD Express Groups - Mitel MCD 4.0

Has anyone built an ACD Express Group with ACD hot desk agents? I have built the ACD Express Group and added an ACD hot desk agent as a member of the group. I have no issues with the agent build out and all functions work fine as far as logging in, make busy etc. However, when I call the ACD group it rings no answer even though the queue status shows a caller waiting. I can't seem to get the RADs to answer up. The caller just gets ringback. I can however overflow the caller to another ACD Express Group. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
 
Yeah I built one, don`t favour them though.

Do you get answered if you dial the Rad group directly

I am trying it to simulate a suitable setup without the purchase of licensing. Doesn't work well? I think its a COS issue because when I dialed the group it rang 18 times and then finally routed to an overflow I had built. Yes. If I dial the RAD it answers up. Like I said the calls are queuing up because the queue status light turns on when the agent is on a call. I'm just getting ringback. Thanks!
 
Just checked rad group. No it does not answer. It hangs up. If I dial the VM ports I have used as RAD hunt group members which are set as RADs they answer up and play the recorded greeting
 
That sounds like you do not have the vm ports COS properly programmed for RADs

The COS of the ports should be different from regular ports and include the Rad and advanced rad options

The hunt group should be a rad group

Ahh yes! Due to the dialed message waiting issue, I had switched the VM ports back into the COS for VM rather than RAD COS. THANKS!!
