Has anyone built an ACD Express Group with ACD hot desk agents? I have built the ACD Express Group and added an ACD hot desk agent as a member of the group. I have no issues with the agent build out and all functions work fine as far as logging in, make busy etc. However, when I call the ACD group it rings no answer even though the queue status shows a caller waiting. I can't seem to get the RADs to answer up. The caller just gets ringback. I can however overflow the caller to another ACD Express Group. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
