ACD DNs

i have 600 people in my office and the CEO wants to start using ACD in conjunction with MIRAN cards so that callers to these attorneys' DIDs will first hear the firm's name and then I will have the DIDs programmed as ACD DN's with the NCFW pointing to their current system exts. I'm on rls. 25.40. Do i need to check anything regarding ACD licenses? When i am in LD 11 i see the following message:

ACD AGENTS AVAIL: 300 USED: 0 TOT: 300

I actually already have a couple of dummy ACD queues already built. Do they not show up because there's no actual agents? thank you for your help.
 
Have you thought about using a through-dial service? If you are using Meridian Mail you could build a menu that points to the TS and your caller could hear your message and then they would enter the DID number and off they would go to the appropriate set.

If this is an oversimplification please let me know.

Gentlemen Please Correct me if I am wrong

1- send all calls to meridian mail
use incoming digit conversion LD 49 to convert last incoming 4 digit to another 4 digit pointing to a voice menue in merdian mail

2- Record a greeting saying something like:
(Thank you for calling XYZ company, if you know the extension no of the person you which to reach, please dial it now, if you know only the name press 1

And you build meridian mail through dial, dial by name
etc and you end up giving the same service with few ACD dummy Queues

we have Octel voicemail, not meridian mail. Plus, we want NO caller interaction. We don't want anyone calling in to have to press anything. I need to be able to pick up my handset, dial attorney X's DID 212-555-1234, hear "you have reached Acme law firm", and then the attorney's phone should ring. If attorney answers, great. If not, I go to the voicemail of that attorney. BUT WE NEED OUR CALLERS TO HEAR OUR FIRM'S NAME IMMEDIATELY. Right now we have operators who greet each caller with the firm's name. We need to duplicate this using DIDs. Thanks.
