ACD Data dump

How do I set up a second TTY port to dump ACD stats over a serial link into a PC? I have an Opt 11 C and want to use Port 1 on the SDI card. Port 0 is used for the modem. I want to grab the data and process it in Excel or Crystal Reports or something similar. Tks for any help.

you can only have one printer per group, at least the rpts options where that way for years.. but before we got symposium i send all reports to a share drive on the pc in the switchroom.. why more simple them short haul modems... by doing that anyone with access to that share could grab a copy.. i set it up with procom.. just went to system options/paths and made the share drive the path for dot cap. then i ran a simple script that started capture waited x minutes and turned it off and looped
