ACD calls to ring on Headset and not telephone set

My acd queue has 11 agents and all calls terminate to the agent ids and ring on key 0. I need to send the calls to the agents headsets and not to ring on key 0. What step have I missed either for the headset connection or class of service on the set programming.

In LD 23, print the ACD queue and check if FORC is set to "YES". If this is set to no, the call will not auto answer.
