ACD calls and confrencing

hi all

I am recieving some complaints from my agents saying that they can not use the confrence button on an ACD call.
it works for some but not others.

i have an 81C, Succession 3.0, M2216 phones.

any ideas?

Oh ya the buttons are on correct place on the phone.

I would go to a complainer and test it before further trouble shooting.

What do they mean "is doesn't work"? Are they trying to make external conf calls.
